Crossroads

ISAIAH 42:16
I will lead the blind by a way they did not know;
I will guide them on paths they have not known.
I will turn darkness to light in front of them
and rough places into level ground.
This is what I will do for them,
and I will not forsake them.
Ever felt like the directions in your life are all messed up?
Like there are no proper 'sign boards' and you seem to be aimlessly wandering?
Cling on to this promise... your real breakthrough might be just around the corner... 
Do not give up just yet.. His right hand is never too short to reach yours.. 
And the Lord will never fail to perfect that which concerns you... (Psalm 138:8)
I am a disciple of Jesus Christ, the Messiah who saved me from eternal death. I am also the work of His hands.. a work in progress, as He fashions me and changes me - little by little - to be more and more like Him. The one Person I admire the most when it comes to creativity and imagination - it is this same Jesus - The Creator of all the earth, the skies, the sun, the moon, the stars, the animals, the birds... I have inherited a very tiny fraction of this gift of art and its appreciation, because I myself, am a child of God. I hope in the coming days, you will be able to see what I see in the little things of this life that has been granted me...

    Very inspiring drawing disciple. I was going through a similar struggle. Praising God for his perfect providence. Loved the drawing. Admiring how u don't cease to give him the honor.

His hands and mine

Anesthesia is a very 'hands-on' department. It requires a lot of skill to advance needles (in various places!) with just the right amount of pressure when administering anesthetic drugs prior to surgery.  Steady hands. Nimble fingers.  It may be easy to assume that anesthesiologists hold a lot of power in their hands when we do things quickly. It may be easier to think that a simple needle or catheter insertion has nothing to do with God or His hands either. I have always wanted to "paint" myself a reminder of the fact that - it is always His power that works through me.  Was. Is. And will be.  For as long as He has allowed it.  Underneath are His everlasting arms, keeping me steady.  "Praise the Lord, who is my rock. He trains my hands for war and gives my fingers skill for battle." Psalm 144:1
